  Last time we order take out or food was well overcooked, but it's only happened once and the rest of the times I have had no complains.

  Not the best Charlotte Waffle House but it certainly isn’t bad. Never too busy but also never particularly clean. That said, isn’t the gritty nature part of the Waffle House charm?

  Unprofessional employee and the place is dirty. I would not recommend anyone to dine in this dump. They don't deserve no 🌟

  Very friendly service. Great food. Nice place to go if you're from out of town 😊

  Great food and service! The staff seemed a little exhausted, but they were super nice. Be kind to them, they work harder and better than most people. They were 1 or 2 people short but they maintained a great level of service.
