  Been here twice and now each time horrible. The first time was around 7 pm. No other customers which was fine, but the fact that two out of three employees were SLEEPING on tables (one was a MANAGER), that’s just pathetic. The girl that took care of me was very nice and attentive. 100% on her tip for being the only one who did anything let alone everything. Second time I was there was last night. Around 1 am and I went with a friend. Food was fine but having to listen to the waitress LOUDLY complaIn CONSTANTLY about a 2 dollar tip is super annoying when I’m trying to enjoy my time with a friend. If you don’t puke your wage or tips, get a different job! At a place that serves a 3.50 waffle, a 20% standard tip isn’t much, let alone if you add in a poor attitude and constantly complaining, your tip with me definitely goes down if you even get one at all. Never coming to this place again.

  Some of the waitresses need more customer service training. The cook was nice and his food was on point. In the other hand, the bathrooms were dirty and our waitress was rude.

  The staff is always friendly and the food is hot and filling and delicious! My SO and I go there pretty regularly for a cheap/quick but to eat. Never leave dissapointed!

  Very friendly staff! After a long night with friends, and the horror of their competitor, just down the street, cough u-bounce, this was the best late night dining!! In and out I'll in 45 min, mainly because we chatted with the very accommodating, friendly, did I say that already, well it's worth repeating, FRIENDLY, staff! Oh the food, excellent!

  I noticed and read the "bad" reviews. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about eating here, I'm not a local and was unfamiliar with the area in general. I had no problems with our experience here. My sons and I were promptly greeted and we waited about a min or less and the server asked if we would like a table that I didn't notice was clear until she offered it to us.i was trying to make sure my boys behaved as much as possible. We wet promptly tended to,our drinks came quickly and our server was so nice and friendly to we 3. Our orders were taken quickly and done in 10 minutes or less! Nothing was under or over cooked and my sons love crispy hash browns and that's exactly what they were, nice and crispy! Thank you to our server and the "Rock Star" for the great service and food! If we have to be around that way again, me or my family will be back! I'm always glad to patronize establishments where we are treated kindly with great service as well! Thank y'all again!
