  First time eating here. Had breakfast..the tables weren't clean. The floor was filthy. The employees did more talking than cleaning up after customers.. The employees don't have people skills. It was horrible...never will go there again!!!! The food although was good. But what a dirty restaurant..if it wasn't for my visit ing cousins, I would have left..

  Very nice place, good food. Choice of breakfast was just filling. I normally don't finish my breakfast plate when its not prepared home, but this morning I was able to finished my plate. And very friendly staff. Thank you.

  Okay people do not waste your $ here worst table service food is trash. Ughhh my stomach still hurts...their main customers come from the skid row motel behind them...

  Wait for 20 min to be seated. When we did get our seat. We had no help just sat there waiting for another 25 min. We didn't even get asked for drinks. Then, we overheard the cashier say they were only accepting CASH, no Cards. One waitress said we have a sign on the door, but as we left the sign was facing inward. So, anyone coming in wouldn't see it. It was only noticeable as we left the place. Bad experience from the get-go. Waited for nothing and no immediate service for a small eating area. We are heading to Golden Corral instead.

  I arrived to a crowded bustling restaurant and despite it's cramped dingy look gave it the benefit of the doubt; after all no place this busy could be that bad especially with its respectable rating here on Google. (Spoiler alert I was wrong.) The 20 minute wait was certainly not justified we (a group of 3) we're sat at an undersized table with a mini booth with a chair parked at the end. The whole thing was grimy and sticky including the menus, the silverware was filthy the knives especially were covered in crusty leftover food bits. The server was nice enough to begin with giving her personal recommendations for what to get. After putting in our order though she all but disappeared it took us calling over for her 3 times to get my coffee refilled. The kitchen however looked disgusting, I realize how busy it was but would it kill anyone to do some basic maintenance around the batter drenched waffle irons and food spattered dish counter? The food came in a timely manner but was utterly disappointing. The food was just bad flat out, the eggs were soggy, the sausage plain, the hash browns burnt on one side untouched on the other. We had to call over the waitress to make sure the waffles were still coming, she'd completely forgotten about them. They arrived raw and doughy on the inside and sad and soggy on the outside; for the name sake of the chain I've Never Had a Worse Waffle.
