  Boutique feel, great service, crafty cocktails. Beautiful courtyard that includes a pool. Perfect location. Walking distance from all the action, but far enough away from bourbon to avoid shenanigans.

  If you are able and American come and enjoy the culture here. It can be rough but totally worth it. Alcoholic Disney World so keep water handy. During the day southern hospitality a real thing. Just be safe at night if venturing during dark times. You will never forget it, and it is a truly American experience. Cheers!

  Great hotel in a great location. Must do the Legs and Eggs Brunch. Wait staff are superb, accommodating and friendly. Great bar, with designer dribks. Hunter and Jared are entertaining bar tenders. Definitely coming back.

  Great hotel to be at in the French quarter! The evening manager Jeff is amazing and will take care of you! Quick Walking distance to all French quarter attractions but far enough away that you’re not on top of bourbon street. I can see how people have an issue with internal hotel noise as the walls are a little thin, but we were there in off-peak season so we didn’t experience any noise issues at all. Concierge really does point you to great local restaurants, trust them!

  This hotel has been amazing!! Through a very long story our wedding that was supposed to take place in NYC happened in NOLA. The W New Orleans treated us like royalty for our last minute wedding. Whatever/Whenever is so helpful and even helped us find a bouquet last minute. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is amazing. And SOBU is incredible. We plan to come back every year for our anniversary and won’t stay anywhere but here!!!
