  the staff is kind and helpful, it's a small business and looks to be family owned. brand new machines have been put in recently. i started doing my own laundry there almost a year ago and switched to drop off / pick up service. they use my soap on request and their own dryer sheets and do an amazing job with wash/fold. i've lost only 5 socks so far LOL so not so bad if you ask me!!! love it!

  customer service was terrible,half the machines were broken,lady went to get fabric softener from machine it was empty,so i went to counter to get it,some dirty fingernail sector 8 lady there,sells me generic brand fabric softener for same price as bounce,we put cloths in 2 dryers for 1 hour,went to get a sandwich,we returned 35 mins later,the the dirty fingernail lady had removed our cloths from 1 of the dryers and left them in a basket ,they were soaking wet and wrinkled...i could not believe this place...worst exp at laundry mat ever!!!!
