  We had the best time staying at this hotel last weekend with friends. The service provided by Essence, John and Leonard was beyond reproach. John had a particularly great sense of humour, and he'll remember us for the Frosted flakes and our choice of upgrade. We have stayed here on several occasions in the last few years and we are always seduced by the atmosphere at the hotel, the views of Manhattan and the laid back vibe when walking in the neighborhood. Try the fabulous room or Fantastic suite for the best views of Manhattan. We look forward to our next visit in a few months. Lots of new restaurants have popped up since last fall providing a large choice of dining venues to appeal to all types of cravings. Cross over to New York using the Path train or the ferry for the day and come back to the relaxed neighborhood for the evening.

  Had a great time didn't have to pay for anything!! all I had to do is complain a little bit and lie, they don't even check up on your claims!!!! they just pay for everything yellow stickers and all.....love this place, me and my friends always get stuff for free!! managers are easy to get free stuff out of lol

  An excellent location with stunning views of Manhattan day or night. The hotel itself is a typical W property. The lobby is modern with a contemporary feel, a Chic and modern foyer. The bar and restaurant are both well appointed with great menus. The areas themselves are comfortable and the bar serves great cocktails.

  Great staff. Courteous and attentive. Patient and accommodating even when a few people from my cousin's wedding party started getting a little too rowdy for the otherwise quiet, peaceful atmosphere of the establishment.
