::My first time coming with my son for his 10th Birthday.This place is totally awesome and the staff is great! Shout out to staff member Ho for being patient and showing me the ropes. He took the time to explain everything and was funny as hell! I'll definitely be back!

::This is place you can easily drop a few hours without even realizing it. Great selection of games (I personally loved Serious Sam and Super Hot) and very kind staff (Let us keep playing when there wasn't a line, explained the games well and encouraged us to try different games). Special shout out to one of the employees there - William. Get him to guide you around and you'll be set for your entire experience there!

::Will be awesome later but work in progress. You can tell the difference between the employees that care and the ones that don't as much. Some seem like trainers, some seem like students. Some just need work or haven't gotten to feel the drive of VR. All of the staff is friendly. Day pass IMHO isn't worth it yet. 2 hrs minimum is more like an average and I heard a customer decide to leave because he only had 30 minutes to spend there. Based on the current options available, 30 minutes of their VR is plenty for a man of his stature. I would have had to give 15 more dollars to sit in their main event piece and since I had bought $100 worth of time and only used close to 2 hours trying to get the best experience instead of 8 hours purchased, we moved on to other NY attractions. Solid 4/5 for a place of promise early in it's long term goals.

::This place was incredible. From the helpful and humorous staff to the amazing experience of virtual reality itself. The whole place was magical. VR world has a system of waiting in lines that is extremely convenient. They let you roam around as you please while your place in line is held by a digital waiting list. This just adds to the whole feel of VR world which is De-Stressing and having a good time. Also, if you haven't done virtual reality in your lifetime, this will come as a shocking experience.

::Overall, VR world is really fun but super price-y. Going there has given me an interest in VR but there is more value in buying your own gear. When you walk in; there is a very small check in space which causes delays getting in. The people at the front did a poor job of explaining how everything worked. We were not told that you had to check in a second time, within one minute of you start time, which caused problems getting to play the games until someone explained it to us. I was with a group and only two games were multiple player so we ended taking turns playing a game then discussing. This meant two of the three of us waited about 15 minutes. The employees on the ground level were awesome! Very nice, excited, and made the experience. However, the a few of the people working the second floor were extremely rude, rushed us, and almost ruined the experience. We ended up leaving that area because the vibe was really grime. Don't skip the museum section! It was super cool! What made this a 3/5 experience for me was 1) the price 2) disorganized check in 3) long wait times 4) a few negative employee experiences.
