  I just witnessed an employee reset a table with a dirty napkin. One side of the napkin was dirty so he turned it over and reset the place setting...showing the clean side. How disgusting! Not to mention the high prices are conteracted with plastic silverware! Distasteful! The kiosks default to 18% gratuity but the staff merely delivers a beverage or a meal, why would you pay for that horrible service!?

  You order through the tablets then the staff ignores the queue. After I finally got their attention, they have the audacity to ask me how to make the drink I ordered off their own menu. The staff spend more time educating people on how to use the tablet then they do preparing orders.

  Excellent service. The team is very helpful showing people how to use the iPads to place their orders.
