  Check Engine light came on in our Volvo XC70 while driving cross country. The crew of Volvo El Paso found the problem, had the part, got the car fixed and us back on the freeway in a couple of hours. Impressive and friendly service. Thank you one and all, you're the best.

  Excellent service! They do good work and stand by their work. If you have a Volvo in El Paso, you're crazy to take it anywhere else in town.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only was the staff unprofessional; cursing and yelling as if they were at the park, the salesman DANIEL was not knoweledgeable of the products the dealership sold. He had to ask his manager and the manager was unaware of the promotions being offered by the manufacturer. It was obvious that they were not interested in selling but yet wasted 3 hours of my time to slap me in the face with a ridiculous trade in value for a very desirable vehicle. How can you sell a product when you are unaware of what the product entails? Finance manager came out to tell me that although my vehicle had very low mileage they basically did not want to take it in as a trade in. Shame on the staff, starting from top to bottom.
