  Let me say this first, the STAFF as a whole at this dealership is very attentive and treats you and whomever is accompanying you with hospitality. Our salesman Justin Chandler was on top of his game and left nothing to be questioned. Demitri Pappas who is the business manager was very organized, patient and honest and made our purchase easy as 1, 2, 3. Needless to say we will definitely be revisiting again once our lease is up.

  It was mid-morning on a Saturday and honestly I was a little intimidated walking in to the Volvo dealership alone as a woman to buy a car. However, those feelings were quickly put to rest after I met Justin, a "masterful client consultant". Thank you so very much Justin for being so approachable, kind and patient. You made my car-buying experience wonderful, and you demonstrated extensive knowledge about the Volvo XC60. Not once did I feel ignored, dismissed or bombarded. You were so easy to talk with and you made me feel very comfortable. I felt as though I was shopping for a car with a friend. Furthermore, several days later when I picked up my car you took your time explaining and demonstrating how my works. You even took your time to connect my phone to my new car. The following morning I was able to get into my car without feeling over whelmed and it drove wonderfully. I also wanted to give a special "shout-out" to the great staff at the dealership. I was greeted warmly at the front desk when I arrived, asked if I wanted some water (it was a warm day), and offered a seat. Special "shout-out and thank you" also to Bob and the knowledgable, thoughtful staff in the Volvo Service area when I returned several days later to have a few specialty touches done to my new car. They really took care of me. Overall, my experience was a great one, and I look forward to recommending other car buyers to Volvo Cars White Plains, NY.

  It was a busy Saturday at Volvo in White Plains. Our salesman, Jason let my daughter and me test drive the xc40. The car drove beautifully and we purchased one. We picked up the car a few days later. It is an amazing car - many safety features and looks very cool. Jason did a great job explaining how to operate and adjust various options. I highly recommend this dealership and Jason!

  Our experience of looking for and leasing a new car was made easy by Jason Adler. He gave us plenty of time to test drive the car we were interested in and showed us their modern service facility. He arranged the transaction quickly and efficiently and he followed up to see whether we had any questions. We were extremely happy with his service.

  In the past, I've had truly terrible experiences at this dealership. It's with great pleasure to say that with some new management and sales agents recently, this is a much better place to buy from. Along with Volvo's continued success, it seems like the dealer networks are more free to improve customer experience and really make the buying process a little less complex. Although they are operating in a temp space for a while, the new facility should be very nice (and hopefully with a little more parking spaces). The agent I normally work with - Jason A. - is extremely courteous and follows up quite well. He can't promise the world but he tries to deliver it anyway.
