  Good sales service. Danny was helpful with a lease for a XC90 but the additional running boards are rusting badly and are poorly made. The rubber grips are also coming out from it. We originally agreed to the higher light up running board but the normal one was installed instead and no compensation or partial refund for the difference. Service hasn't addressed the issue.

  I always dread the day my lease comes to an end and I have to make a deal on a new car. This time around I found Volvo of Queens and I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to do business with them. First I met Brenden whose personality was incredible and worked hard to give me the best deal possible. As we negotiated a fair deal, I met Melissa the GM who elevated our experience even further. I ended my visit with John Vass the finance manager, continued to provide exceptional service. It is rare that I take the time to recognize a dealer, but Volvo Cars of Queens has changed that. If you are looking for a new car, I recommend you dont waste your time elsewhere and visit this team. I visited 3 other dealers and none came close to delivering a promise like this team did.

  Very pleased with the service provided to my by Mr. Shulman and his coworkers. They offered me the best price the FIRST time and went out of they way to show me multiple features of the car that I never even knew about. They treated me like family and earned themselves a repeat customer for life. thanks again!

  We absolutely love this dealer. Granted that we have full intention of getting a Volvo prior to stepping into the shop, but the customer service is so awesome that we signed the paper the same day. Our sales man, Raymond was very communicative, patient, and spent a good amount of time going through the inventory to locate the specific package and details of the car that we wanted. Even when it comes to getting me a deal, he went out of his way to make us feel comfortable throughout the process. We highly recommend this dealer and most importantly, the car that we got was just WONDERFUL.

  This may be a little late but I wanted to post this review about the staff at Volvo cars of queens. I had the pleasure of having both Braden and Milan helping me throughout the process of getting my new Volvo. Both Braden and Milan were excellent in being transparent, communicative, and helpful beyond belief. I recommend this place for a great deal and great service all around.
