  Experience with Refinancing our home with Volunteer Mortgage, Inc. was "pretty much painless". We all know when dealing in mortgage things it can be tedious. Dustin Hoffman was our loan officer, answered all our questions and concerns efficiently, in a timely manner. Walked us through every step from beginning to end.   I was completely blown away by the service and attention to detail. As a Veteran, I was very grateful that a mortgage company was will honor my military service by stating that one of their goals was for me to a minimum closing cost, if any at all. I don’t know about other people but for me and my wife that was a huge load lifted. And our representative, John Weaver, was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond what we were expecting from anyone. Thank you for everything.

  I cannot say enough about our experience with these folks as we navigated through the process of refinancing our mortgage. Every step was accomplished electronically through either e-mails or web portals. Our lending agent, Mr. Dustin Hoover, was both courteous and professional and was extremely efficient when it came to moving through the entire process. Based on our experience, I would most definitely recommend these folks to anyone seeking either an initial mortgage or a refi.
