::We love the car we chose to get, a 2018 Tiguan. We had good experience with our salesman. The only problem we had was they forgot to put the temporary license plates on the car. We were the last customers of the night and they did stay over an hour for us to get our car. So I’m going to assume that was the reason for the forgotten plates. But the overall experience was great! We are super excited about our car.

::Most dealerships I have been to before have tried to just make a quick sale or seem to put forth lackluster effort but here at VW of Alamo Heights they made it more than that. I was treated more as an individual than just another number. They really worked hard to get me and my family the best deal possible. My salesman Sebastian lead they easily making this the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. ::Okay experience, Mike is who I’d rather have helped us out he seemed more experienced than the sales person we got, who didn’t seem all that pleasant. His customer service skills needed improvement as in he wasn’t all that kind with his jokes. Wasn’t all too helpful for a first time buyer. Definitely wish my car was more detailed that is came. For being a used car off a dealership is was awful dirty in the inside could have definitely used a detailing inside the vehicle. You could definitely tell that the car wasn’t all that inspected as in the previous owners insurance information was still left in the vehicle after we drove off the lot. In which the sales rep Josiah made it seem like our soon to be vehicle was immaculately clean and under went a whole bunch of inspections. It was very obvious he just wanted the sale rather than making sure we were set up with everything we need and that the vehicle left the lot with us in perfect CLEAN condition. Stick to a senior sales rep, they have way better judgment and are way more professional and I’m sure they will make sure your vehicle is cleaned up and detailed before you leave so you don’t find previous owners information left behind.

::David assisted me today with my oil change. I opted to wait and the time he quoted was accurate. I also had some gunk stuck on my car and he made sure it was all cleaned off before I left. I enjoy bringing my car here because they notice and appreciate when you return to them for service. They have rewarded me in the past for this. Thank you!
