  Real profesionals, specially Mustafa, always provides wonderful service with a smile. Cant beat that.

  Even 1 star is too much for them. Awful staffs from receptionist to management. I would not recommend purchasing Volkswagen's auto at Bayside nor receive service at Bayside VW, if you want headache-free life with your car. The staffs do not care if you are receiving the help you need or not. They do not honor their customer's time nor energy. They don't explain the services that have been rendered and charged for.
