  The lady Michelle did a fantastic job on my nails. And they didn't have tips so she free handed the top. It was a little pricey but work it to have a good job done... Other salons sucked and I just tore then off after a few days. I definitely recommend this place.

  I appreciate this nail salon. I got a pedicure and got the spa treatment. They offered two packages to pick from an organic package or a green tea package. I chose the organic package. The moisturizer scent I chose was lavender and it had a strong chemical smell to it, it didn’t smell at all organic. That’s what brought the rating down for me. I was a little hopeful for something natural. Besides that, the employees were great and gave me a nice foot massage, the place had a wide range of colors to choose from and I was satisfied with the final look of my toes. They were detailed when cleaning up the cuticles and making sure my side of the toe nails were cut straight and not jagging into my skin. They were gentle but firm when needed to be. And I felt very relaxed.

  I've been coming to vivi's for over 6 years today was the first time I've been attended by someone so rude and rough. I'll definitely wait to see my regular nail technician next time. Excellent work per usual though.

  I am writing this review for the Vivi nail on 5th ave closer to 10th street - across the street from the Rite said. First time here and I am never coming back. I got a spa pedicure done and the technician skipped steps and when I bought it to her attention she said she had already done it when I knew she hadn’t. Apprently they don’t believe in providing their clients heat in this place either as all the technicians are wearing their coats. There are plenty of salons on 5th Avenue please take your business elsewhere.

  I never have an issue when i walk straight into this salon - Candi & Catherine are amazing and I always get the best service. If you are looking to get your nails done all prices are shown and always ask questions prior to getting anything in the salon done its common sense. My nails always look beautiful and i always get compliments Im a regular and i come in at least twice a month. Candi and Catherine are so nice , humble and get the job done .
