  I have come to Chili for various body ailments over the years, and her work is always stellar and holistic. Recently I have been seeking support with a slight rotator cuff strain. Her office is a gem tucked away inside a private gem. It is easy to get to on foot and by public transportation. Chili is knowledgable and kind. Her hands-on adjustments are effective and thoughtful.   Few practitioners take the care and time that Chili does with her patients. Chili is extremely skilled as a physical therapist! I recommend her without reservation.

  Chili has help heal a partial Left rotator cuff tear and I am currently working with her on right rotator cuff full tear post surgery. 6 months post surgery and 90 % better. She is amazing and I recommend her for all my clients when they need a PT. She knows how to push and recommends the proper exercise for the best results. She is great!

  Chili is a great PT. I came to her for lower back pain. I have a bulged disc that bothers me. I saw an orthopedic dr. And they suggested I get surgery. I got a second opinion from chili and she suggested dry needling and structural manipulation. I opted out of surgery and worked with chili. I started to get pain relief while on chili’s table and haven’t had any since. Chili knows what she’s doing and is a great PT. I highly recommend.

  I came to Chili after major hip reconstruction. Her attentiveness and intuitive touch gave me serious relief from muscles that were very angry. She was also very keen on listening to what I had to say about how everything felt and encouraging me to listen to my body rather than blindly following the protocol she was given. She's also incredibly smart when troubleshooting which of the many muscles were actually bothering me. The addition of needling to my treatment was a godsend and she is so gentle with the application of this treatment. I'd encourage anyone to try it at least once!
