  The place is freaking majestic!!! It was like I walked into a futuristic boudoir full of everything I think I could need for a day of body care. The organized simple design, clean environment, and fun yet professional staff made my experience one that will make me giggle when I think of Dallas.

  badass workout. calorie torching, intense, and perfect to spike the heart rate and get some HIIT. not overly technical and accessible for all fitness levels.

  I love the studio and I loved Natalie’s class! She is a great coach, very motivating. The amenities in the studio are fabulous. I will definitely be back to take class. The class variety, coaches, facilities and community are worth the 40 minute drive.

  Vital is always clean. I love the energy of the instructors and the laid back, yet motivated feel of the studio. The quality of instructors is what keeps me coming back
