  Please do not park at this spot. Rude and very unprofessional employees. Did not have any record of the deposit given, wanted the deposit money again. Charged us higher than the rate we booked for initially. Better off parking at another location.

  My first time using Vista Parking and I will definitely use them again. As soon as we picked up our luggage, I called for pick up and they told me what level and door for our pick up and in less then a minute us reaching the curb our transportation was there. We arrived at the parking lot our car was waiting for us right in front of the office. The drivers were very pleasant and helpful. Extremely happy with their service.

  Chose them based on positive reviews. Going to airport was fine and relatively quick. However, after waiting 55 minutes for pickup from EWR airport from 11:30 p.m. to 12:25 a.m, we were disgusted and the wouldn't answer the phone when we tried to get updates. Not well staffed. Would not use again.

  This place is no frills, but they get the job done. They always have an attendant ready to help or guide you.

  I am THAT customer.. the quiet one, that doesn't complain, but never comes back!! I left my beautiful, white Jeep Wrangler Sport with the good folks at Vista Parking early on a Friday morning. When I returned to pick up my beautiful Jeep, the right front quarter panel was completely crunched, including the signal light that had been smooth ripped out of the quarter panel. They actually had to reach up under there and snap it off so that it wouldn't be noticed, immediately. The front bumper is toast, as well. The whole incident smacks of covering their tracks, hoping I wouldn't notice when I returned, and then accused me of wrecking my own car and trying to blame them, which DID NOT happen. I know, because I put air in the tires before I arrived and I examined the entire vehicle to make sure that everything was in good order. I even have a video from a week before that shows that the Jeep is in great condition, but they still maintain that their "staff" would never leave an incident "unreported". I see from the reviews that I am far from the first person whose vehicle was damaged during the time it was parked at Vista, so kudos to Vista, they got away with it, yet again. As if this isn't bad enough, the personnel that work here made me stand outside in the bitter cold for 15 minutes while they "opened" up. The employees were mean and snarly, at best. So, to the awful person that failed to report that they had hit my bumper, good luck... you are going to need some luck because you're attitude really sucks! To the entire Vista Parking crew... Not only will I not complain and raise heck to get my Jeep fixed, which Vista SHOULD pay for, but I will tell everybody I possibly can, what you did, and I will never, ever come back, ever!!
