  I just have to say Thank You to sherrita, I'm sure I spelt her name wrong but if it wasn't for her help in taking the time to TOTALLY explaining the plans to get good quality glasses for a better price then previously priced at.. I am so grateful and can SEE! 😊

  THE most unprofessional office I have EVER experienced. And I have been getting eye exams for 20 years- I made an appointment here because of some positive reviews . I will NEVER come back here. I didn't even GET my appointment. I am a working mother to a 2 year old, I took work off and hired a babysitter for this exam - and I never got my exam! My appointment was for 5:30. I was running late FIRST because of traffic, so I called , mid sentence explaining that I might be 5 minutes late- I'm either hung up on or disconnected so I call back 6 minutes later because according to my map directions , I'm there but can't find the office- disconnected or hung up on again - this was at 5:37 (my appt was for 5:30) So I finally find my way there, walk in - there are two young women there, talking /gossiping..... I say "hi!" No response Wait a few minutes .... Say "hello?" NO RESPONSE stand there like an idiot for 10 minutes and no one even AKNIWLEDGES ME I leave in tears because I have wasted an entire day's worth of wage and time for an appointment that didn't happen. Sitting in my car in the parking lot I call the office and a woman answers and tells me "I'm sorry the manager isn't in until tomorrow- do you want to talk to the girl you talked on the phone to when you called?" I say NO, TWICE SHE HANDS THE PHONE OFF this girl proceeds to tell me "I'm sorry but when you called in late I told you the doctor was leaving so, sorry" BLATANT LIE "You were late so the doctor left" So you mean to tell me that if you are going to be 5-10 minutes late and you CALL about it, the doctor will just leave anyways and then when you show up you will he completely ignored and treated like dirt? Please do yourself a favor and NEVER go to this horribly unprofessional "optometrist" office. I literally went home In tears.

  It was the best visit I have ever had! Dr. Scheffele was warm and inviting. I had my toddler with me and who wined the whole time and she didn't seem fazed, when most people would be annoyed. I will be going back for for all my furture visits.

  Seriously the best eyedoctor I have ever met. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The appointment started on time and I was in and out promptly with a set of contacts. I would recommend to anyone. :]
