  The best!! First time in jax, lost and with my phone dead... couldn’t have met better people than the two ladies there... they help me and made sure I was fine and safe... I really can say they are the best.

  I went to the information center in order to find information regarding the city and see if I could do something while I was there for my 3 hours. The staff was real friendly and helpful. She guided me to events, places and things to do while I was there. She also made some phone calls on my behalf to see if the establishments were open. Loved this place.

  I forgot to get her name but a very helpful blonde lady on the morning of December and was very helpful and gave me great advice/answered my questions about enjoying my weekend in Jacksonville. Lots of information and coupons, great first place to start off your trip and great for locals to find out about events in their city too.

  Love this place more and more as I get older and find all the awesome local wonders. Absolutely worth a stop through or a vacation.
