  Love this place. Great experience! New management is doing a great job. There is a new girl there, Carla I think is her name, she greets you with a big smile. Highly recommend going there.

  I used this location a few years ago and was less than satisfied with the service. I swore I would never go back. But, after hearing they were under new management I decided to give them a second shot. I’m glad I did. The service this time around was incredible. They were helpful and accommodating. It clearly shows the previous manager didn’t care. Kudos to the new manager! You have earned my trust.

  Frustrated! Left work early to be at the Malden store by 8, just to find out the website is wrong and they close at 7. Uggggg! Fix your website!

  I visited Visionworks today and had a great experience. Heather was wonderful and took her time with me. She couldn't fix my frames but fit my lenses into new frames and they look like new. I would go back. By the way, I never give anyone a 5 out of 5! lol
