  Dr. Cangiano and staff are great at Vision North. Appointments are thorough and friendly even when running behind. They worked with me to find a pair of frames that fit with my budget and came out knowing more about my eyes. Great place. Highly recommend.

  I would highly recommend Dr. Cangiano to anyone looking for an eye doctor in the Boston area! He is great at listening to concerns and pointing out potential issues, but also is efficient. His office staff are all great as well!

  Been going to this place for years now. Top quality service, friendly staff, great selection of frames. I don't have a bad thing to say about my many experiences here.

  Hands down the best and most professional eye care service I have ever received. I have had to get exams, contacts and glasses for at least 14 years and this is the quickest and best service I have ever received. The guy I spoke with when setting up the appointment the day before was very knowledgeable and took all my info and insurance on the spot. The person fitting my glasses was fantastic The only issue is the front desk receptionist. They are the first contact. Which is a shame for such a great place. That person told me I would have to cancel my appointment if I didn't fill out an online form my computer alerted was an unsafe site and form to open. I told her this. She said no exceptions. I may have said a bit flippantly, due to this being a counter productive business model, I can't and won't open the form ,so I guess this means I will have to cancel my appointment? She said OK and hung up on me mid sentence. The patient intake has some lethargy that needs to be addressed, but I will definitely still come back!

  Great attention to detail and to my needs without any pressure to push particular products. Dr. Cangiano really took the time to get to know me and make recommendations based on my particular vision needs. After years of looking for a reliable, trustworthy optometrist, my search is over! Will recommend Vision North to all my family and friends.
