  This business lost six of my work shirts. The owner screamed at me when I called and complained and asked for timing on getting an answer as to what happened. He said he had no idea what happened to the shirts and thinks he may have given them to someone else. Completely rude and disrespectful. Do not send your business here.

  Don't go to this place for your clothes. I went there based on the online reviews to clean two jackets and one shirt. When I was there, the owner was extremely friendly and humble. Because the coats are pretty pricy, I asked whether there was any reimbursement if there is any damage, the owner promised that there couldn't possibly be any problem since they are extremely professional and experienced with all kinds of clothes. So I left my clothes there and when I went back to pick up, there were one jacket that they are saying they cannot wash and the other one completely damaged. They washed off the color of the leather on the coat and they blamed me for making their machine dirty. The owner had a completely different attitude and yelled at me in order to avoid the reimbursement. Never would go to this place for anything.
