::We ordered pizza to get delivered to our hotel and they sent the wrong order. On top of that, we called them and all they could do was offer excuses to not have to fix our order. The pizza was mediocre as well. Too expensive for what it is. Definitely not worth it.

::Nothing really good to report. First off, our order was very expensive ($66 for 3 small/medium pizzas) and took over an hour to arrive from just down the road. Second, when it did arrive, two of our pizza sizes had been reversed, so we didn't have the amount of food we ordered. Third, when we called to see what we could do about it, they said all they could do was refund us a whole $1.25 for the mixup or we could wait over an hour again for someone to come take the pizza we had, take it back to the shop, and then bring us the corrected order. They would not believe that we had a problem without seeing it in person. Last but not least, the pizzas we got were mediocre at best. Covered in grease, the cheese was so chewy that our person with false teeth couldn't easily eat it, and the crust was burned. I don't recommend this place, if you want delivery pizza just stick with Domino's.

::Terrible customer service. We ordered pizzas for delivery at the DoubleTree and received an incorrect order. We called the restaurant to get it fixed, but we got “Well it would take another hour for you get your order fixed and you’d have to bring those pizzas back but I can refund you the $1.25 delivery fee” That’s the “best” they were willing to offer. We spent $66 for mediocre pizza and terrible customer service.

::Overpriced mediocre food. Used to be a go to spot. Got a buffalo chicken sandwich with only a piece of chicken, buffalo sauce, and cheese for around $12. Have ordered other menu items recently and have not been impressed
