  So I read the reviews on this dealership on multiple sites and decided to give it a shot.. I drove 500+ miles to trade in my car in hopes that the Audi Q5 that I was receiving was as promised. The sales guys were very nice, and took my trade and the Q5 was for the most part for the best I could tell, as described. A few small problems: A couple of days later, we find that there is an issue with the cornering light, getting a check engine because of it, but luckily not a huge terrible fix. A week later we had an issue with a tire, and come to find out there is no wheel lock key anywhere to be found. That cost some money to get that situation taken care of. Audi is very fond of their wheel locks, and when you don't have one, it takes an act of congress to get it taken care of. With that I found that the back window was broken in at one point, there was TONS of glass under the carpet compartment. With all that said, there was NO response from the dealership on the wheel locks... No help what so ever. This is where it gets interesting: A month after trading in our car, I get a desperate call and text from what I am guessing is the owner. He states that he is in need of the title.. Apparently he wasn't able to get it with the lien release and needed it as soon as possible. Well we already were not compensated for overnight shipping of a check to cover funds for the vehicle that they said they would cover.. Now he wants us to go get a new title, and overnight it to him. He promised to compensate me for all of the fee's, and the trouble. Fast forward months later, and of course my calls and texts are ignored. It also seems the sales guy that I was dealing with is no longer there, as he isn't answering his phone or texts either.. All in all, so far the vehicle seems to be ok, but It just really sucks when people give their word on doing something.. I jump to help the guy out and of course nothing in return. It really makes me apprehensive the next time someone needs help..

  I sought out a specific VW and at the very right time, found one of Jeremy's cars at his dealership, Villa's Motors (in Arlington, TX). He stayed and waited for us to arrive on the later part of the afternoon. He presented no pressure, knew the car, knew the brand from top to bottom, all together a very honest man when I came down to price. Unfortunately, the check engine light came home when I was just shy of home on the day I picked up. He was beyond accommodating with my schedule to get the car brought back for his technician to check it out. Please realize, I purchased this car prior to the check engine light and I purchased "AS IS." Jeremy / Villa's Motors was kind enough to do the necessary repair, and completed it in record breaking time. 5 STARS by far. There needs to be more dealers like him around, the car purchase was a breeze this time. The entire experience was beyond my expectations. Would and have already recommended him and Villa's Motors to others.
