  I purchased a Schilke piccolo trumpet from Village Music which was described as being briefly played. You never know what you might get when making sigh-unseen internet purchases. I was a bit nervous in that I live on the other side of the country and wouldn't have immediate recourse if the trumpet wasn't as promised. I've been waiting all week for its arrival. When it arrived today it was like Christmas! I carefully opened the first box, and it was obvious that great care was taken in packing this delicate instrument. Within the outer box was another box. After unwrapping layer after layer of bubble wrap I found my new horn. Perfect! I couldn't tell that it wasn't brand new. It arrived when promised and in perfect condition. Communication with folks at the shop was excellent. I would definitely recommend Village Music!
