  The Husqvarna Viking Singer store Sold me a broken trade in sewing machine without my knowing that. Took almost a year they finally put it into the shop then 6 months to get it out. Used it about five times and it's broken again! When I purchased it not knowing anything about embroidery machines I had. O idea they sold me bare bones and broken. They made me purchase a power cord with it. Then we learned later it required purchasing software that was supposed to be with it, the feet, accessories and it has a hole in front where a knee lifter was suppose to be. They keep ignoring me including manager Marla! I feel totally ripped off and ignored. This should have been rectified immediately not a year later and then broke after barely using it again. I'm hurt and angry and don't recommend purchasing there if this is what they do! For the cost of repair they could have replaced it! A new one is only $900 and I'm not breaking down to purchase another machine with the customer service/management trouble I've had over this machine. I own a Kenmore sewing machine so I trusted them and that it was a Singer embroidery machine. Boy was I dumb!
