  It's refreshing to find a clean Vietnamese eatery that doesn't stink. The counter staff are cool, young folks. However, the bossy senior lady owner is not. She was reprimanding staff in front of customers. The food is pre-cooked and served Chipotle style. So, there's no pho. They validate parking but the staff doesn't know where the relevant lot is. Also, the wifi provided by the food court never worked. There's no cell signal inside either. I will give them one more try to see if they improve.

  Came here in the early evening on a weekend. Ordered the pork and vermicelli. Really good flavors. The egg rolls were pretty awesome. Basically it was like eating bun. This place is inside the South First marketplace

  I had my half and half Salad. I did not expect great customer service at the food court. Very friendly staff. I enjoyed their fresh vegetables a lot and the meat tastes great. Will come back to try other dishes on the menu. Thanks bringing this great food to SOFA market.

  It’s nice little eatery in SoFA district in San Jose downtown. Had an amazing shrimp Salad and young coconut water (a real soft coconut which server cut serve you as it is, a must try!!) Also had an egg roll (FYI, which had pork, for people who would only expect egg in it). The lady at the cash register asked me, before finalizing the order. So chances are, they will clarify things from their side even if you might miss them. My salad tasted delicious and felt like it had all the fresh ingredients in it.

  Friendly service and customizable combinations and add-ons. We went during the third week of their soft opening. Located in the SoFA marketplace, which also offers many other options that you can round out your meal with. Vietnoms has fresh ingredients and dinner meats are cooked to order. The flavors all blended well. Banh mi roll with chicken was delicious and the red hot beef rice bowl was not spicy but has the Vietnamese beef jerky flavor that's really good.
