  The staff (mary lou) was very nice. However, when I called on Fri to inquire price and how much I was paying somewhere else $90. for 3 small dogs, 1chitzu, 1 chiuaua and 1 rat terrier mix for baths and 2 haircuts. She said she didn't know if she could match that but after she saw them she would be able to give me a price. I told her I had gone to one place here in San Antonio and I was not happy with them. I went on telling her that they did not have any perfume to put on them and I thought it was expensive for what I received They charged me $120. After dropping them off on sat, she never gave me a price so I assumed it would be approximately $100. Plus tip. She didn't tell me that she had no perfume either until AFTER I paid what she charged ($140.) Plus, I got no bows in my chitzu, nor bandanas on the other 2. For the price I paid, I feel like I and others should be able to smell or see that they have been to the groomers I even told her when I dropped them off, that I like perfume on them. She could have told me that she didn't have any. Then I could have decided whether or not to leave them. Plus, I express them myself and cut their nails weren't overly grown. I guess I will keep looking for a groomer that meets my wants.
