Worst experience I ever had. How do they overbook and switch me to 3 different people just to do a powder gel. I had an appt at 3pm and this happens in a span of 1.5 hrs. Person1: wrapped my finger nails to remove gel and took another customer. Person2: remove wraps and filed only 2 nails and told me to sit at another station so the male can do my nails as she takes her appt. Person3: as I’m sitting at a station, I was told to get up cus I’m sitting at someone’s station. So now I’m a wandering customer. Fan-f***ing-tastic. Never coming here ever again. Left my nails undone.

Honestly surprised at how terrible it was. Got a full set of acrylics last week. The environment was really nice so I kind of zoned out, big mistake. I walked out feeling like my nails were about to snap off at any given moment, they also looked like I needed a fill in. Cost twice as much as surrounding salons for half the quality.

Takes a while but definitely worth it. They're very gentle and focused and have no problem doing whatever you like. I got regular acrylics for $25 shaping was $3 and oil was extra $1. Money well spent, this is officually my new nail spot

I love each and every one of the ladies there. They're always so nice and not pushy. My REGULAR manis lasts me about 2 weeks. Without noticeably chipping. They understand detail and their location is always Poppin. They close at 8 and the great thing is that they never do a rush job.

One of the first nail salons I visited in Brooklyn. They’re fine but I wouldn’t recommend to make nail arts here. It’s horrible
