  It is important the your child is working with the most knowledgeable trainers out there - not only for progression but for safety throughout there years of athletics. First hand I have seen how the programs are designed for the individual athlete working with their strengths and weakness in either a small group training or one on one... it matters. My recommendation is to start with VSP - you will truly have a good idea of the level of training you should be using to make the best decision for you child!... Thank you Anthony!
