  This ramp has a resident "man that pleasures himself" in his car before/after work. When I walk past security and told them the reply I recieved was ... "Oh that's Bob. He's actually late today. Usually he is here earlier." That is a pathetic response. What a joke! Someone else wrote this is a family friendly company and ramp. Really? You want your kids to walk past or park next to this and have no one address the issue? I won't ever park here again! Thanks for nothing Victory Ramp.

  Older ramp...spots are a bit small...but in a good location for getting to the St Paul court house...and not too a far walk to the "X"! Some new restaurants are opening in the area coupled with some established ones as well!

  Relatively cheap ($10 for events) and very close to the Excel Energy Center. Best of all there is skyway access from the ramp to the Ex.

  Great location, older but well maintained ramp. Ramp is a bit tight for large vehicles (large pickups for examples). I find levels 4+ to have the best parking spaces. If stall says “compact cars” honor that 🙂

  Not a bad place to park. They have been redoing the entire ramp from painting the walls white to resurfacing the floors. I believe they have a 24 hour staff to ensure no one who doesn't belong there isn't breaking into vehicles.
