  I'm feeling so sad and disappointed to have been ripped off...If I could give this dealer would be no star !! You do not buy cars there, you buy problems! He talks about God ... bla,blah, blah ... but actually, he's just fooling you and selling an insurance that doesn't cover My advice is: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE!!! Update January 20 After months looking for someone who fix the car , I had a surprise... the repair gets more expensive than the engine change. Well it's sad to know that there are people who profit from the loss of others

  This dealer, Mustafa, is a thief and a robber. He sold me a 2003 Audi A4 with 129,000 miles with $7500 and sold me an insurance on top of that for four years with $1045 but didn't give me a copy of the receipt that I signed. He promised that it was a bumper to bumper coverage. He also rigged mileage in the car and I have proof of that. He knew that I don't know anything about cars and he took advantage of that. When I called him with insurance claim, he refused to pay for anything. Within 5 months, I spent near $3000 to fix a whole lot of issues. I still have to spend about $3000 to fix the rest of the issues. When I called my credit card company to claim back my insurance money because he won't refund it to me, he sent me a threatening email. I still kept it in my mailbox to show as a proof if I ever have to. Also he cussed me out in the email and wanted to confront me. He will take advantage of your situation. Stay away... Far far away from this dealer. He is a thief, robber and a rip off! Update December 20, 2016: Just bought a new car on December 2016 from Hillside Honda caz that Audi went out of order and would cost me 5000 to fix it! I hope this Victoria pre owned gets out of business soon. People be aware!!!!

  I bought two VW with warranty from this dealer. One of the VW had a sensor issue and they got it fixed immediately with no cost. Mustafa is the owner and he is a great guy. Deff not buying cars from anywhere else
