  I usually never write bad reviews but I just had to since I had a Horrible experience. I went to get my hair a burgundy color, she said that I had to take my previous hair color I had, but I was assured that the color was going to come out the burgundy I wanted. My hair now is a brassy orange color mixed with burgundy roots. She didn’t tell me I had to go back for two weeks after she was done with the color. I regret wasting my money on this and now I have to go buy a hair dye because my hair looks complete mess. Don’t waste your time here.
