  We stayed in corporate housing at Via 6 for about four months in 2014. Had a pretty positive experience. A small issue with the sink's disposal system was resolved very quickly. No noise from neighbors at all. Overall, a positive experience.

  I've lived at Via6 now for over a year and 2 months. I have a studio apartment on the 22nd floor of the south tower with a beautiful view of the water and the olympics. I've had a really great time so far, I love the fact that it has a grocery place (Home Remedy) within the building, along with a restaurant and a cafe. I use the gym everyday, and it is very well equipped for both cardio and muscle workouts. Would highly recommend this to anybody who is interested in living in the city!

  Had the opportunity to have Cameron assist me throughout the whole process. His attention and dedication was really outstanding, he would not be satisfied until you are. You can be candid and explain your situation and he would look for a solution. The leasing office is busy from time to time so I would highly suggest to make appointment before you come visit.

  This apartment is situated right in the middle of all the top places in Seattle: Downtown/Pike Place, Space Needle, South Lake Union and Puget Sound, all of them is at 5 to 7 blocks away. It's very close to the Westlake Link Rail station where you can get a direct train to reach SeaTac airport in 40 mins. We have been living here for almost an year now and after living in 3 different apartments near downtown Seattle, I must say, this is the most convenient location to live if you work in one of the Amazon buildings near to it. The apartment has good amenities and has a bunch of shops and restaurants inside and near to it. In the past few months, there was a lot of resident events organized by the management such as board games, Trivia, Wine and chocolate tasting, Grill night, etc and we had so much fun attending them. Some of the apartments have spectacular views of the Puget Sound and the Olympic mountains from the balcony.

  This place is just a mess. They're constantly having mechanical or plumbing issues. They've repeatedly had to shut off water, and the trash chutes are plagued with issues. At any given time, one or the other tower's chute is down. Since I moved in four months ago, I've put in a half dozen maintenance requests and they've still never fixed the chute on my floor. Is the location convenient? Sure. Is the staff friendly? Absolutely. Is the building of good quality? Absolutely not.
