Pizza was good. Lots of beers on tap. Band playing was great but way too loud for my taste. It was nice to sit out on the deck facing the street where the music wasn't so loud and enjoy dinner. This location does not have Vernors or Faygo.

I'm originally from Michigan and this pizza is fantastic. If you're from MI this will remind you of Buddy's. Highly recommend the Carnivore.

delicious. pizza on a kick ass crust with the perfect cheese covered edges baked up bubbly with just the right amount of crisp. the sauce on top was amazingly seasoned with just the right flavor. smoked pepporoni hidden underneath the cheese was yummy too!

Great pizza in a backyard! We ordered the carnivore. It was fantastic. Good service. Bar runs separately but they can serve you while you wait for pizza. Pet friendly too!

Detroit Style Pizza - - Delicious! A few months back I was reading about Detroit style pizza in Cook's Country and how unique and tasty it was. They also had a sidebar about Via 313 in Austin. Since I was was in Austin for a conference with my girlfriend we decided to give it a try. This is one of those eating experiences where it is strictly about the food because you are getting your food from a food truck and eating at a picnic table with paper napkins. Don't worry.... you won't care one bit as the pizza really is that good. The crust is rather light and on the chewier side with a generous load of toppings. They have a number of selections and all looked good. Add a local beer from Craft Pride just next door (fantastic selection!!!) and you will be set. Well worth the trip. We went around 5:30 on a Friday night and waited about 10 minutes for our pizzas to be made, which gave us plenty of time to choose our beers.
