::Bought my Samsung S9 here about a week ago. My mother and I came here after receiving great customer service over the phone by a lady staff member (the one from around the Busan area). She told us to stop by, stating that they'd be able to help us immediately. And surely they did. We ended up receiving help from Andy and he was extremely helpful in explaining to us the circumstances of our situation (with easy-to-understand charts and all). He not only resolved the main problem, he also improved another after taking a look at our family plan. And now my family is enjoying our Verizon service and our new phones with much pleasure. The reviews posted speak for themselves! Awesome place.. will come again!
