  Rachel and Charles did an amazing job helping us with moving our phones to Verizon! They were attentive, helpful and really cared about us and getting us the help we needed! The best!!

  Came into this Verizon location and had Rachel assist me in getting an upgrade. Was nervous but Rachel eased my nerves and explained every step very well! Definitely recommend this verizon location!

  Charles was great! I upgraded my phone and he made the process so smooth and easy. Nice and honest person to deal with. Not once did I feel uncomfortable. Very understanding, informative and patient, not pushy at all. Answered all questions I had, with out making me feel like I was asking too many. I had a very pleasant experience buying a new phone here. I will definitely come back to upgrade my other line. And I would surely recommend this location. Authorized Retailer locations can sometimes be unpleasant, not this one!

  This morning I went in to this new Verizon store where I was greeted by Charles. He was very helpful and answered each and every question with a smile. I would recommend asking for Charles for any of your needs and I will definitely use this store for any future purchases, problems or questions that I may have.   My experience here yesterday was great the store manager and Rachel helped me tremendously with switching everything over and getting my new note 8 which I love!!! I would highly recommend this location to anyone, they really care about their customers. Thanks again!
