  Sold me a disfunctional product, and when I wanted to return it I was told I couldn't get a refund. He tried to fix the problem and made me wait for about 2 hours. After a long discussion I finally got my refund after wasting a whole afternoon in the shop.

  Very poor customer service. I patiently waited 10 minutes to be a customer, i only needed a charging cable, and another less patient customer came in and approached the employee 2 times before the staff member started to help him. Thats when i had to question their customer service habits and was told by the employee the other customer was in a rush so he wanted to help him first. I then asked how is the less patient customer's time more valuable than mine. Then I got some service, but only after struggling to be patient to be a customer feeling heck of stupid. The tattooed dude that has a hard time keeping his tongue in his mouth then wanted me to thank him for giving me $10 off the correct cable after trying to sell me the wrong one at retail price. That why they get 1star.

  I needed to buy a SIM card. Looked online and store said closes at 9pm. So and 8:30 I jumped in my car and rushed over. I arrived to the doors locked at 8:45 and when the lady said we are closed. I asked very nicely that I only needed a SIM card and online states you close at 9. She refused me 3 times.........You guys are terrible and always will be. I was going to come in this week and buy an apple watch. I rather drive twice as far to stay away from your store

  I called here and Mark attended me on the phone and I wanted to ask if they had any iPhone X inventory for my son and he RUDELY laughed at my question and told me I wasn't going to find any iPhone X around for at least another 4 months and I was left speechless with such disrespect. I chose this location because it is the closest to me but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone now. This saddens me deeply.

  Don't buy anything here.. 30 day return policy on defective devices, chargers, etc. Bought a pure gear changer for a galaxy s7.. after a few weeks, the port wouldn't stay in my phone to charge. It least they were nice enough to exchange it for the same brand which I'm sure will fail soon. Make sure you keep your receipt. I'll be doing business in the future at an actual Verizon store from now on.
