::This place is a joke I drove about 45 minutes there to return a phone when I got there the hours on the door said they were open till 7 they closed an hour early and Google said their hours were 7 p.m. and when I asked the guy why is he closing up so early he got angry yelled screamed and threatened me with bodily injury. I will never do business with this Verizon victra store again. That's right it's not a corporate store it's a victra store do not do business with victra Verizon stores.

::You might want to avoid the guy Matt working there. Helped my partner to choose a phone, then had some kind of issue getting it setup. He informed us it may take a while but takes my number to call when ready without telling us he's about to get off work. We never get a call, show up over an hour later and he's off/gone and nobody seems to know about our phone. Pretty terrible service.

::This store is SO helpful! Selena, Michael B, Matt, Crystal, and Josh were all very attentive and patient and helped me with all my inquiries. They guided me through step by step how to transfer data from my new phone to my laptop. They're all about providing EXCELLENT customer service! I'm a happy customer because of them.

::As service stores go, it's way better than most. Of course sometimes there's a wait but it's because they're thorough. I know because they're thorough when helping me. Makes me glad because I walk away reassured in the information provided. The staff are always friendly and never condescending, like some other places. If you're lucky enough to get Matt, then you're in good hands. He's never steered me wrong.
