Absolute nightmare. Hands down the most absurd experience I've ever had trying to buy anything. They willfully misled me as to what I was receiving and what it would cost and refused to accept a return the very next day. After spending hours on the phone with Verizon over the course of weeks, they finally realized what happened and agreed to refund me every fee and charge this retailer put on my account. I thought that was that. Oh no... Just today, without any prior phone calls or mail, I received a call from a debt collector, on behalf of Victra, saying that I had 31 days to pay $175 termination fee or else it would be reported to the credit agencies. So once again I sat on the phone with Verizon for hours while they sorted it out and, once again, agreed that Victra was wrongfully attempting to charge me. Absolutely ridiculous. Verizon needs to drop this retailer because it employs the most unprofessional business practices I've ever seen.

I received a call from this store telling me that I was eligible for an upgrade, and to come in whenever I wanted to get the new device. My phone was working fine and I don't want to contribute to massive devices being thrown in landfills for no reason, so I waited a few months until my phone started acting up. I called the store, told them I was eligible for an upgrade- the guy checked my info and scheduled an appointment for me. When I got in, he checked my info again and realized, oh wait, you actually still owe $230 on the phone. The "upgrade" from a few months back was actually just a short-lived promo that quickly expired. Then I was offered a new phone if I paid my old one off for $300. Cool. So I planned my whole day/weekend around nothing, and the huge inconvenience could have been avoided if either of the two people I had talked to on the phone had been thourough with all pertinent information from that start. Pay attention to detail. Catch important info while on the phone, not after people have made appointments and plan their whole weekends around getting a new phone. Not cool, guys.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VISITING THIS STORE!! This store was so very helpful. One of the employees named Tanner was absolutely amazing to work with. We have visited this store several times and this gentleman has always taking care of our needs and he is always been so helpful that he goes above and beyond what we have expected for him to do. He figures out the solutions no matter what the problem is.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. I had a similar experience to the person below. I went in to switch providers and get a new phone. I was told that in-store phone purchases require a $200 surcharge, for which you get a charger, protective screen, and case. This is not optional, you HAVE to pay the $200 extra. I was also enrolled in the Hum service that I told him repeatedly that I did not want and was told that it was part of the package and was free. I didn't ever have to use it. I got home and looked through an email from Verizon stating that my monthly bill would be a completely different amount than what I was quoted. I called Verizon to complain about there being a $200 surcharge, as well as the asking question about the Hum device. I was charged for the device, as well as a $40 activation fee and a $5 month fee. All for something I told him I did not want and was not interested in. This experience was completely shady and unethical. This is a third party store, not a Verizon store.
