  Had an amazing experience with the staff, specifically Miles. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to help me out and give me the best value for my money. He made the process of getting a new phone painless.

  Best experience buying a new iPhone ever! Spoke to Francis, The Manager on Saturday. He ordered my new iPhone and it arrived on Wednesday. When I went in on Wednesday to purchase it, he was off but his staff were friendly knowledgeable and just as helpful as he was. These guys know about customer service. I will recommend this place to everyone I know!

  It was truly a great client experience to deal with Francis Tyson, the manager at the Wantagh Avenue store today. Mr Tyson was very knowledgable, suggesting that I upgrade to a newer phone with more storage so that I could better utilize and enjoy all the features available on the new phone. His customer service skills were par excellent. Mr Tyson was courteous, patient, and computer savvy. I will definitely refer my friends and family to this location.

  Absolutely wonderful experience. Francis was extremely helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable about all the products. The store is welcoming and has great vibes. The prices were reasonable and the store had really good accessory package deals. Highly recommend going here.

  Great looking store with a comfortable atmosphere. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. At no point was there any pressure to purchase additional accessories, and the prices were fair on the accessories we did purchase. Our representative, Francis, thoroughly explained my mother's new phone and tablet, and helped her transfer her data. She left fully understanding how to operate the phone and tablet. A very positive experience in all aspects.
