::Terrence is the best sales rep ever. (Shoutout to Jonathan too though!) I'm really glad I came to this location to become a new Verizon customer and get my new Samsung Note8! There's probably a bunch of different places in and around the metro area where you can get a phone but honestly? Don't bother going to any other place. This location- with this staff is the best - professional, expert knowledge, excellent troubleshooting skills, clear communication of technical lingo, and friendly. Thanks y'all

::I came in uncertain of what exactly I needed to do & how to change over my account. Within an hour I had my new phone & a new plan (cheaper than my last!) They even had everything swapped from one phone to the other & I was 100% up and running before I left! I highly recommend Terrence & the rest of the team. Bonus - No wait time like every other Verizon store I’ve been to and WAY more helpful!
