  Crack my note 8 screen that I got on black Friday. I bought insurance for the phone and had a female help me. When I went to fix it she told me I had no insurance just to contact customer service to find out I do .

  I upgraded to an iPhone 8 on 10/2/17. I expected it to be stressful and full of the sneaky sales tactics that end up costing you money you don’t need to spend. Mark was the rep that helped me, and he made it quick, fun, and painless. He asked me if I knew which phone I wanted, then went straight to the back to show me the styles they had. He came back with a piece of paper. He had taken the time to write down the numbers for the 5 packages I could choose from. Three of them were “promotional” style deals that I wasn’t interested in. He verbally explained each package, with the numbers there so I didn’t get confused on the costs. This is normally the area where a salesman sneaks in costs you don’t need or want in the confusion of the conversation. Marks method of writing it all down was fast, easy to understand, and made me trust in my purchase. We made small talk while my iCloud backup was running. I mentioned I wanted to buy a Tile for my fiancé in the future and he happily told me they sold them and I may be able to get a good deal. I was surprised, thinking I could only buy them on the Tile site, a 2-pack for $60. At the end of my trip I got the iPhone 8 I wanted, with the basic insurance package. As well as a 4-pack if Tile which were $70, but that I got $40 off for my phone trade in. It was fast, painless, and I felt confident in my purchase! Thank you Mark!
