  Walked in with a broken phone, knowing I needed to purchase a new one but not knowing which one. I asked my questions they gave me answers. The O-line size rep helping me was knowledgeable about the technology in each device. I made a decision, to switch from apple and was educated on how to do so painlessly. The manager seemed had a great service team put together. Was out of the store in 20 minutes. Good Job!

  I'd go to a different Verizon. I got a new phone a little over a month ago and was helped by a (married) man who kept asking me questions like "what tattoos do you have that I can't see," and "oh so youre a piercings kind of girl," who also put my screen protector on WRONG. I haven't had time to get it fixed, so last night the screen protector just popped off, causing my phone screen to crack when my cats pushed it off the couch. Additionally, said creepy man used his personal phone to active my phone, and told me i now had his number if i needed anything and winked. Creepy and bad service that has now caused me to need a new phone that I can't afford. Thanks!

  Store passable, was a little bit peeved that the salesperson clicked acknowledge after I had signed but before I got done reading the part on the terms of service " waiving my right to a trial by jury in favor of out of court arbitration." Does that even make the terms of service agreement valid if I don't acknowledge it personally?

  Micheal helped me and was very fast and very friendly unlike the service i receive at other stores, i came in prepared to be there for a hour or two and have to say no to a lot of bad sales pitches but Micheal helped me surprisingly fast, knew his stuff and made me want to buy even more than i came in for. I will be recommending him to my friends and family.

  Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Busy, be prepared to wait. Clean store, decent seating.
