  I've had so many frustrating Verizon experiences that I wasnt prepared to be treated so we'll! It's all because of the customer service rep that I got, Sophea Pang. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Nicely done!

  Just left this store happy as a clam. What Verizon phone help had not been able to correct for 3 months, Jess happily did in 20 mins. My old phone has finally been formally traded in for the appropriate credit. Will return with other questions.

  I called in at 6:50 pm (10 Minutes before close) and sat on hold for 20 minutes. They obviously skipped the incoming call and went home. Not exactly top notch customer service

  Bought a new iPhone. Sales rep, Jessica, asked if I was happy with my current plan, and I confirmed that I was. When I got home and looked at my emailed receipt I saw that she increased the cost of my plan by 50%. It took me 30 minutes on the phone with a poorly english speaking customer service rep with Verizon to fix the situation.

  It's an actual Verizon store (not just authorized sellers) so they can handle any issues you have with your Verizon phones and/or plan. The staff is friendly and helpful (I watched one employee open the door for a mom and kid after helping them). The best part is that they welcome dogs (not just service dogs)!
