  I’ve been a lifelong Verizon customer. I currently have multiple phones, including my business phones, with Verizon. I recently had an issue created by Verizon regarding a billing error and an error with their business app. After 20+ hours spent in the store and on the phone with other Verizon corporate people the issues remain and I have been treated like a nuisance by the store employees. I understand we live in an era of automated services and digital communication but every now and then there are problems that valued customers need fixed by a human being! Unfortunately the folks in this particular store have proven to be absolutely useless. I’ve never seen such incompetence and will never return. I will most certainly be switching carriers if possible. Good luck Verizon! Eventually the little people like me will add up and your business will fail..

  The store is bright, clean, and neat. Convenient and ample parking. Friendly, knowledgeable, experienced staff.

  Always so helpful when I go in, the kindest people. I've been to about all the Verizon stores in Lexington and this location is by far the friendliest and most efficient.

  Worst experience ever. will NOT use verizon because of them. update: When google sent me notifications claiming my review is helping people to know more about Verizon, I think I need to explain a bit here. This review was based on my terrible experience dealing with this Verizon store, at that time. Objectively, they were probably not that bad, comparing to my recent experience with AT&T, who ripped off more than 100 USD from me. So I will change the review from 1 star to 3.
