    The sales associates were nice, but not attentive. I ordered a Zagg screen protector. They sent the screen protector to my mom's address, because she is the primary account holder. My mom lives in Tennessee and I live in Washington D.C. I do not know why he wouldn't question why I would want the cover mailed to Tennessee instead of Washington D.C, but he did not. Anyways, the screen protector was sent to my mom who then had to mail it back to me. I did call store manager who offered to pay for shipping, but he did not even sound the least bit apologetic. Aside from my issue with screen cover, my girlfriend also bought a screen protector, and they sent it to her too. She came to find out that they sent her the wrong model screen protector for her phone. Basically, the employees I interacted with were very inattentive and apathetic. There is very little service at this store. Buyer beware.

    Shockingly bad customer service. The whole staff, including the security guard, sits at the middle table playing on their phones, joking around with each other and acting like they're doing you a favor if you try to get their attention. When I walked in, the manager and staff had a little banter between them about whose turn it was to actually do some work, as if I was some sort of rotten merchandise no one wanted to touch. Later, one employee tried to get the attention of another to ask something, and without looking up from her phone she just said, annoyed, "What?" Not sure what's going on here but it's way off.

    Bought a phone & a case there a week ago. The rep forgot to activate the phone and the case had a scratch. Went in today to exchange the case after calling the very next day to tell them the case had a scratch and ask what the return policy is. I was told I have 14 days (as that is the actual return policy). When I came in, the first person I spoke to tried to make it seem as though I would need to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer of the case. This is of course not true. She was impolite when she asked to see the case to inspect the scratch. She then lied and said the scratch was coming off. Of course it was not, as it was a deep scratch in the screen protector portion, not just something stuck on the case. Both of the things she said- that I need to go through the manufacturer's warranty and that the scratch was coming off- were immediately contradicted by her colleague who came over and confirmed that I was well within the return period and that the case did indeed have a deep scratch. However, he was also not helpful. Despite the fact that neither of them were assisting other customers, I was pointed in the direction of the cases and largely ignored. The second rep who I spoke to said he would get the rep who initially assisted me during last week's visit. And so I had to wait even though this rep was with a customer and the other two were not. The rep who helped me last week finished with his customer and was then perfectly nice and helpful, in contrast to his co-workers. The only fault in his service was the fact that he was the one who forgot to activate my phone in the first place, which was an inconvenience. The phone is activated, I have a new case and screen protector, but I would not shop at this location again if it can be avoided.

    The staff is amazing, very friendly and courteous. Fastest transaction i had ever had in a Verizon store. I cleared 2 hours from my schedule to upgrade my phone and was out in less than 20minutes with my new phone, an apple watch (the new waterproof one), and a new ipad on a great deal!! They're the greatest!

    Alicia and others at this store were so helpful and knowledgeable as I was picking out a smartwatch for my spouse, and held the last one for me until I could pick it up at the end of the day. They even included red tissue paper in the bag since it's a Valentine's Day gift--so thoughtful! Great customer service and a nice store atmosphere.
