  Very unfriendly!!! Took My money and never activated my phone....returned it and they kept my money...single mom that had breast cancer..i would never give them my business again!!!! BEWARE

  ATTENTION: SCAM ARTIST ALERT!!! We came into this locations & spoke to the SCAM ARTIST by the name of "JOSE" , he was in a rush to get us out the door, the way he spoke to us was more in a rude kind of I don't care attitude, i hate my job kind of vibes. He sold us 2 Iphone X and a Ipad Pro, he made up a special deal that did not exist, all so that he can make the sale. When our monthly Verizon bill came it was a SHOCK, everything he told us was a lie! We contacted the main Verizon # and they apologized on his behalf and said unfortunately we would have to return to this Verizon store front location to get the problem solved. When we went in we asked to speak to the manager "JOE" Another member of the SCAM ARTIST group, he did not only NOT apologize but he as well proceeded to inform us that there is no such deal, and that the only option we have is to pay even MORE than what we agreed on, or to return the ipad pro that I baught as a gift for my wife. I explained that "JOSE" made us believe that we were going to get a special deal if we purchase the ipad pro and none of what he told us was true, "JOE" "the manager" did not care, and did not apologize for their unprofessional-ism and lies, they did not honor the deal that they offered us, if anything they wanted us to pay even more money. I'm thankful that there is such thing as google reviews, to help you all avoid this location 100%! unless you like getting scammed, and then having to waste your precious time in trying to solve a problem that they personally don't care about, because the only thing they care about is scamming you and making their profit for a sale thats a total scam!   Had to wait forever (45 minutes) to get helped. But young man was very helpful and not irritated with old people not knowing how to use their phone!

  I decided to give them a chance after not going to this location for years because they were rude before. Went in and the guy that helped was actually really helpful. Went back in because I didn’t like the second phone I got and they just said sorry. They didn’t even look into it. I went to another Verizon and they looked into it and we’re able to give me a different phone. Stay away from this store!!!!

  Just wanted to let people know. To be careful coming to this store.The staff will lie to you.Just to make a sale.An straight up lie to your face.Got tablet.30 Dollar's out the door.29 dollar monthly payment on top of my bill 9 Dollar's for insurance yes please.case yes please screen protect yes thank you.Next morning get an email next bill is 236.00 Dollar's??. I pay extra on my bill every month so I only pay 22 Dollar's a month.so this don't add up.Oh an I have an extra line know? Well back to this.So I call customer service.An the real helpful an professional lady that help me.let me know everything that was not explain to me by the shady staff member that works there.I asked how much out the door.What will I see on my phone bill .An she straight lie to my face!!! Extremely pist!!!!! Will not return to this location again.Or will I recommend people to this location.thank you for your time.Hope this is helpful to someone.
