  This is excellent restaurant takes a modern twist on Italian fare. The service was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They were able to work well with us, although they gave away our reservation to someone else who claimed it before we arrived. Once we filled them in on our situation, they were quick to put together a table for us and seat us as quickly as possible. The food itself was good, but there are better Italian places in the area.

  We've been patronizing Verace for the past few years. This restaurant consistently exceeds our expectations. The food is superb. The service excellent. The ambiance luxurious. Regardless of what you order from the menu, you won't be disappointed. Mario, the GM, always makes sure that all patrons have a great meal experience. His attentive style makes the night feel more special. A must if you are in Islip for dinner. Highly recommended! A++

  Amazing place. Very elegant space, the food was delicious. I had the swordfish and it was amazing. My daughter loved the pizza and the fact that they have a window on their oven and she look inside of it. The staff it's very helpful. Overall the restaurant it's great. There's outdoor seating for summer time

  This is an upscale Italian restaurant which has a beautiful interior and a second level. Used to be a bank and was converted into an Italian restaurant. It also has an outside patio with fireplaces during the optimal seasons which is very nice and convenient. The food here is outstanding I've never had a problem here. Services very good from the chef to the waiters and waitresses and management they are all excellent. I would recommend this place to anybody who appreciates fine dining.

  My friend had an unpleasant experience with a date. We have to thank the wonderful staff for their kindness. Paul, Marcela and the manager were so helpful and kind. After the incident we had dinner and drinks. The food and wine were delicious. Thank you . We will go back.
